Initiative

IDIS has been active in the Dutch and international design industry for a number of years: as a recruiter of high-quality design professionals for design agencies and internal design and communications departments, as supplier of mediation inside the design industry and as organiser of workshops and seminars.

Recently we have been increasingly approached by the management of design agencies for support and advice.

This has triggered IDIS to market a new product IDIS Consultancy, under the umbrella of IDIS Business Support and shoulder-to-shoulder with IDIS Mediation.

IDIS Consultancy: talent development from person to person

The power of IDIS Consultancy lies in its consultants. People who are at the centre of their profession and have gained ample experience on agency as well as client side, but who at the same time also have the ability to distance themselves from the situations. People who are available for an occasional sparring session, for a structured process or a naturally progressing coaching project. Of course there are methods and models, but first and foremost IDIS is concerned with finding the right match between people. That has always been the core of our business, so that is also our main focus here.

From talking to planning

Whether you are on your own or share the responsibility for the business with others, from time to time your ideas need a little rattle, re-arrangement and refreshment. Where are we?
