Mediation offered by IDIS is carried out by Marcel Speller, if necessary in collaboration with co-mediators. Marcel is based in Amsterdam as a certified mediator and as an independent advisor in the area of identity and design projects. As a mediator Speller concerns himself with conflict management. He is also involved in projects regarding identity, design, process and interim management, on agency as well as client’s side.
Marcel Speller has a background as a designer, has worked from his own practice and at agencies and was part of the management of Total Identity (formerly known as Total Design) for over ten years. Marcel has also been active as a design manager on client’s side at KPMG and DSM.
With more than thirty years of experience in the design and communications industry, he now plays a role as mediator in resolving conflicts within the design industry.
