After the success of our first three seminars “Service Design” we are now offering this seminar - focused on the emerging area of Service Design - Service Design 2.0 - The next step in service design.
David Griffiths
The seminar will be led by David Griffiths, who has a track record in managing design and developing design teams. In the 1990's he headed the design management team at Royal Mail, the British Post Office. He now divides his life between Europe and India, consulting to clients and design teams on the effective use of design and teaching on design management programmes. He is currently a member of the implementation group for the UK Design Council's "High-level Skills for Higher Value" initiative to increase the UK's design industry capabilities.
The seminar has an international focus; the working language will be English.
